How do you sell more real estate ? Have a schedule and stick to it…a couple of thoughts..
1. Lead generation is # 1 priority and get it done in the morning before noon.
2. When life knocks you off of the schedule , and it will because you can’t say ” No ” , take care of the diversion and get back to your schedule as quickly as you can.
3. When a diversion appears, if you erase lead generation time, you must replace it somewhere else…either later in that day , or at night , or on a weekend day or during your time off. Sometimes , it’s way easier to just say to the diversion , ” Okay, but not right now. Let me finish my # 1 priority first and then I’ll deal with _________” ( the diversion)..
If you erase, you must replace !…design a schedule…follow it…it will make a huge difference in as little as 90 days…and that’s worth it , right ?
