Tuesday’s BOLD LAW…” What you focus on…expands…”
This BOLD LAW , like most of them, can show up anywhere you look.
Health-weight : For me, several months ago , I wasn’t pleased that over the last year , despite working out every day , my weight had creeped up gradually about 8 lbs heavier than I am comfortable with.
A friend of mine , Tom K., also had the same issue , so we challenged each other that we had to lose it in 6 weeks. Every morning , as soon as I got up ( same time every day) , I weighed myself and I wrote my weight down.
I saw that darn chart every time I walked in my bathroom and over 6 weeks, without really taking on any major changes in my diet ( I have a sweet tooth/teeth ! ) , I lost all the weight and so did he. Simply by focusing on it, knowing about it , writing it down and seeing it daily, I guess I made subtle changes in my lifestyle which every day caused improvement .
What I focused on expanded…and it was not my waist line !
