Or, if it’s just a small change , that’s perfectly okay. The slightest improvement of a systematic change done over time can impact you in a monumental difference over time. Deciding to take that daily walk around the block may not make you a world class mountaineer but it can lead to you feeling better about your physical health…and that’s a good thing ! Deciding to eat a little less or not having ice cream every night may cause you to lose a pound or two a month…and that daily change applied over two years leads to that 50 pound weight loss without going on a crash diet !!
