Kristan Cole is a powerhouse leader in the real estate world, accelerating the pace of change in the real estate expansion world. Kristan has over 35 years of real estate knowledge and experience, holding an MBA degree, while promoting a sense of trust and warmth as she interacts with clients, agents and now other leaders and businesses. Her success, combined with an innate sense for market trends and development feasibility, triggered a realization she needed to scale her business.  In 2010 her focus, drive, and passion pivoted from individual and team sales, to expanding across the US, speaking and acting as a change agent, business consultant and coach to the elite top 1% of the agent businesses in the country.

"Kristan's Home of Hope" (KHOH) a 501c3 supports safe housing for at risk youth and is one of her primary non-profit philanthropic efforts to improve communities and serve those in need.  Her real estate business, Lifestyle Homes Worldwide, a member of the Kristan Cole Real Estate Network, donates a portion of each commission to KHOH.

Throughout her progressive career, she has served in leadership roles, such as Regional Director for the Southwest Region and Operating Principle of two market centers and an investor of several more, Vice President of Mega Agent Expansion, where she imparted her expertise in business ownership and sustainable growth to agents in various states. Kristan is not just about individual growth, she believes in a collaborative effort with like-minded agents and leaders to become top producers with repeat clientele in real estate and she partners with other leaders to grow market centers and regions to new levels of growth and profitability. She is on a quest to develop business owners and agents in best practices, lead generation, coaching and training, operational growth, and business development.

As a mother of five, grandmother, licensed small engine aircraft pilot, and former Miss Alaska, Kristan has experienced a lot in her life. Nothing brings her greater joy than helping others, whether that is clients, agents, the under-served, or family, and seeing them succeed in their own lives.
